Overview
In BIM, in order to ensure that information is produced in a lean and efficient manner, a responsibility matrix is required. The Responsibility Matrix is key in defining which task teams will produce what information; and is a required precursor to develop the Task and Master Information Delivery Plans. Through its use, the Responsibility Matrix can define the Level of Detail (LOD) and Level of Information (LOI) required against the project stages so that the right information can be provided to right members of the project team at the right time.
This webinar will define what a responsibility matrix is, provide context as to where it fits within the BIM Level 2 process, provide delegates with an understanding of its key elements and features, useful references, and be taken through an example implementation of a responsibility matrix.
