BREEAM AP Operations USA Examination

This examination is designed to test the Candidate’s understanding of the BREEAM USA In-Use Technical Guidance, the BREEAM USA In-Use Operations Manual (PD101) as summarized in the Operational Guidance (PN130) and the understanding of the process to carry out a BREEAM USA In-Use assessment.

The Candidate will be required to answer a series of multiple-choice questions. There is only ONE correct answer for each question. Incorrect answers shall not be negatively marked. The pass rate for the examination is 60%.

You may refer to the BREEAM USA In-Use Technical Manual, the Operational Guidance and any other course material you feel would assist. You cannot refer to or access any electronic files that you have saved on any electronic device including the computer you take the exam on and you cannot use search engines during the exam. BRE will provide electronic PDFs of the relevant technical manual(s) and other BREEAM documentation through the BRE Academy e-learning portal.

The duration of the exam is 90 minutes.

You are reminded that the successful completion of this examination enables you to undertake real assessments, therefore the exam questions are not necessarily straightforward. You are advised to read the questions very carefully.
