BREEAM is the world’s leading sustainability assessment method for master planning projects, infrastructure and buildings, and addresses construction at all stages. It is the world’s longest established method of assessing, rating, and certifying the sustainability of buildings.
This comprehensive online course has been developed with input from more than 400 industry professionals across the supply chain (many of whom have rolled it out to their full teams and use it as compulsory induction training for new team members). It offers an understanding of BREEAM principles, the process of applying these and managing risk from pre-tender to completion. The breadth of coverage appeals to all members of the project team to understand, in-depth, the essence of what the BREEAM Environmental Assessment Methodology is about, what it involves, and how to successfully support the BREEAM process.
BREEAM Associate was the winner of the Chartered Institute of Building Service Engineers (CIBSE) Building Performance Training Programme Awards.
