Overview
Our BREEAM Assessor training is designed to deliver high calibre, informative and engaging content that will develop delegates into knowledgeable and capable BREEAM professionals.
BREEAM’s modular approach allows a flexible and robust assessment. Projects are assessed against the issues, which they can reasonably influence within their scope of works. All within a scheme that allows comparability and transparency of performance across the property market.
As a top-up to your existing licensed BREEAM new construction non-domestic Assessor qualification, this course can provide the opportunity for you to enter the refurbishment and fit-out market.
On this comprehensive online training course, you’ll cover all aspects and processes of the relevant BREEAM technical manuals. The course concludes with an online examination to test your learning.
Successfully completing this course and passing the examination will allow you to apply for licensed Assessor status under the UK Non-Domestic Refurbishment and Fit-Out scheme.
