In this module, we will be looking at how UK housing has changed over time. This will draw out some of the key identifying factors that can help to identify the age of dwellings across the UK.

Matt has been very heavily involved with several workstreams within Defra’s Property Flood Resilience Roundtable and leads Task Group 3 of this group. This included the development and management of an independent guidance portal for home and business owners within the UK – www.floodguidance.co.uk. He has also worked on the development of a national property flood resilience database (PFR-d), which can record flood resilience measures that have been installed on homes within the UK.
