Online course purchases are assigned to the user who is currently logged in. This means that it is not possible someone to log in with one account and purchase an online course for another user.

This means:-

  1. An account for the delegate needs to be set up with their email address
  2. The course needs to be purchased using that account
  3. Appropriate billing details can be input for the company at this stage

NB: Do not log in with one account and then try to change the email and name, this will not work and the wrong name will appear on certificates and other documents
